Zedd

 Zedd는 89년생의 젊고 Handsome한 외모의 Producer로 알려져있는데요, 그의 본명은 Anton Zaslavski입니다. Musician인 부모님 사이에서 태어난 Zedd는 4살때부터 피아노를 치기 시작했으며, 2002년부터는 전문적으로 Record 사의 소속되 Post-Hardcore Rock Band 활동을 했다고 합니다. 그러던 어느 날, 그는 Justice의 Cross라는 Album을 듣고 Electronic Music에 관심을 갖고 2009년 부터 Producer활동을 시작하게됩니다. 그래서인지 Zedd의 사운드는 Justice의 사운드가 좀더 트렌드에 맞춰 변형된 것 같은 음을 들려줍니다. Zedd가 세상에 널리 알려지게 되게된 Remix로는 'Skrillex - Scary Monsters and Nice Sprit (Zedd Remix)가 아닐까 싶습니다. 이 리믹스가 발매된 2010년, 그때만해도 신인이었던 그가 2011, 2012년 세계 유명 Producer들과 어깨를 나란하게 되었습니다. 2012년에 Release된 Spectrum은 오리지날 트랙으로 큰인기를 끓었을 뿐만아니라, 발매된지 한달만에 여럿 세계 정상급 디제이들에게 리믹스될 정도로 그의 인기는 점점 많아지고 있습니다.

Under the name 'Zedd', Anton has produced a wide variety of remixes and originals. He first made waves in the scene when he won two different Beatport remix contests; his first original release, 'The Anthem', broke into the Beatport Electro house Top 20. His remix of Skrillex's "Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites" broke into the Beatport Electro House Top Ten charts, coming to rest at #2. He has since produced remixes of well-known artists of the likes of The Black Eyed Peas, Fatboy Slim, Skrillex, and more. Anton creates his music using the Cubase suite of music production applications, and takes advantage of different plug-ins including the Sylenth1, Nexus and Omnisphere synthesizers.In 2011, Zedd's remixes of Lady Gaga's tracks "Born This Way" and "Marry the Night" would appear on the Born This Way Deluxe Edition releases. In September, Zedd's single "Shave It" was premiered as a thirty second teaser on Skrillex's YouTube page, this being Zedd's first release on OWSLA records.In 2012, Zedd signed with Interscope Records and released his debut single from the label, Spectrum, with vocals by Matthew Koma. He then produced the Eva Simons song, I Don't Like You, which was also released on Interscope. He also co-produced the track "Beauty and a Beat" with Max Martin and for Justin Bieber's third studio album, Believe.
